Default powertrain control module.....Blue wire???

can someone please tell me what and where it is???...i am trying to hook up a tachometer i just bought and the instructions says for a 1.7L honda civic 2001 i should attach it to the blue powertrain control module behind/under my glove box...but the small problem with those instructions are...majority of those wires are blue so i am so lost and confused...can some one please point them out or take a pic or show me where i can find more information on how and what to look for in hooking up my tach??...thanks in advance much appreciated
