how do you lower HC (hyrdocarbon) emissions?
"High hydrocarbon emissions from a vehicle may be caused by improper ignition timing, faulty ignition, misfiring problems, vacuum leaks, worn piston rings or valves or an exhaust gas recirculation system incorrectly operating at idle. One fouled spark plug can result in extremely high hydrocarbon emissions"

The CAT is new, um has been tested and still HC are a bit high. timing has been put to zero, no vacuum leaks, everything been put to stock, any other thoughts or idea of how i can get it lower?

Have to add injectors, Squirting instead of spraying.
Valve adjustment
MAP vac line plugged up
FPR shot
When you say your timing is set to 0 makes no sense.
02 sensors do go bad. Mine went out in 6 months. They also lose connection at the connector.
How much 02 was measured on the test?

edit: here's the tech
Try a can of seafoam, it's cheap and might burn off some garbage, and help you with cleaner emissions

There is a lighting section if you keep going down the main forum list.
Make sure you have a good supply of power. I ran a wire from the battery to the switch, not from the fuse panel. The fuse panel distributes the power to each circut and if you add another circut to an existing one you can overload it. As in not enough power to power up both circuts at the same time.

when i say timing is set to 0 i mean it been set to stock, as everything are , all things are new like the cat, and 02 sensors, check the all sensors and all work fine and replaced map sensors, HC is high by 20 points, i was going to try seafoam, but wanted some opinion or something like like seafoam that could get my hc down?
