Recently my Pioneer ANIC N1 had problems with the screen coming out of the unit. I could hear the motor moving and the screen would shift but it wouldn't come out of the unit. This pissed me off as it's in my show car which I barely drive and when I do I barely have the screen out.

I called Pioneer and before I could finish explaining the problem the person said "send it in under the flex cable recall" I did and 10 days later I had it back and it works and I only had to pay for shipping to them.

I'm not sure which units it covers but if you have a problem with the screen coming out give Pioneer a call and maybe it will fall under the same recall.

 

That happenson the older models, It does not happen on the n3. Hell the n4 is just around the corner.
