Also, what do you think would sound good for rear subs? I want clean bass that doesnt need to win audio competitions....but still stand out so people know theres subs in the back...you know what i mean? (also...i tune my car alot, things rattle and probably arent the most clean and tight as normal so...bass will rattle things alot more than normal.)

i dont know if thats stupid or not.

92 Prelude use standard 6.5" speakers front and rear, the fronts are 2way components, the rears will be 2way coax or full-range, [dual cone].

For good sound get 2 sets of Eclipse SP6500... http://www.eclipse-web.com/point/sp6500.html

The tweeters are removable so you can mount the front ones in the stock locations, remove and do not use the tweeters in the rear.

If you want then to sound really good, get a 4x75W RMS into 4 ohms amp, wire the rear speakers in series and connect them to the bridged rear 2 channels of the amp.

A single JL Audio 10W7... http://mobile.jlaudio.com/prod..._id=5
driven by a JL Audio 500/1v2, [or even the older 500/1]... http://mobile.jlaudio.com/prod...d=439 will work very well.

The JL Audio 300/4v2, [or the older 300/4]... http://mobile.jlaudio.com/prod...d=439 is the perfect amp for the Eclipse.

A little time and effort, [and some Dynamat, or the like] with the install and you will have a system that will be more then loud enough, very clean and tight sounding, with more then enough sub bass. 94

will the 300/4v2 power the speakers + 2 tweeters + 10" JL sub?
