really depends on track quality and what kind of tires you are running. For regular street tires between 2.5-4k (3.5+ is for better tires) if you are on slicks im sure you could use the factory staged limited (5500)

We wouldn't want to weaken the vtech now would we...?

Try launching at 3200...this is where i launch at...tires doesnt spin as much and it dont really wheel hop...plus it really depends on how heavy your foot is...just practice...but from my personal experience, i launch at 3200 rpm...and the last time i was at California speedway, my time was 14.3 with just I/H/E and an Air flow converter...

5500 RPM Limiter w/ BFG's at 15-20psi...still pulling crappy 2.2 60ft. At 5000 RPM I bogged like a **** and got a 2.5 60ft though. Next time I'll try somewhere in between.

lol for a second I was trying to figure out how you were pushing 15-20 pounds of boost when I finally realized you meant 15-20psi of tire pressure.

I feel dumb haha

I think I launched @ 4500rpm with 10psi on Hoosiers that were rubbing on my suspension.

Anyhow, I needed to have more tire pressure, and less rubbing. I bogged and had a low trap. Felt like a douche. But yea, when the track reopens I'll try again
