I'm in a bind over my future suspension set-up on my 91 std Hatch. I'm debating on either getting Skunk2's full coilovers or saving some cash and going with H&R race springs and KYB AGX's. I'm building this car mainly as a Auto-x/weekend vehicle. What would you all recommend. I'm not biased on either set-up so other suggestions are welcomed!

are you talking about their pro series or their new type c's? if you mean the pro series i'd avoid them i REALLY disliked mine.

 

I believe they are the pro series. They are on ebay for around $600

 

yea those are the pro series. if you do go with them don't spend more then 500$ on them. in the sponsors market place you can find them cheap

 

what problems do you have with your skunk2's?

 

well i don't have them anymore. i didn't like the fact that you couldn't adjust the dampening. and the ride height wasn't adjustable from the bottom perch such as k sports or something. i now have k sports and like them 1000x better. pretty much just not stiff enough for me
