If you want some help you need to tell us what car you have and what set up you are trying to use. It's pretty hard to figure it out with no details.

I'm guessing you installed it upside down. I realize you may not have the same setup, but these pictures will help illustrate a properly installed rear anti-roll bar. Good luck/

Swap that bolt around, put the bolt through the LCA first, nut goes on the endlink side.

Because the standard metric bolts are not threaded all the way, and if the bolt goes through the linkage first, the first nut won't screw in all the way (stops where the thread stops) you get slop and the problems start compounding from there.

Right way to install:

Bolt -> through arm -> spacer (nut) -> through linkage -> smaller nut

The RIGHT way, like this:

Remember to use Loctite.

The following are wrong

WRONG (notice how the silver nut doesn't thread in all the way)

I have not installed them the "right way" yet. From the start I've changed the hardware and used spacers, there is no slop. The heim-joints have proper articulation, I used the large nut as a fastner and the small one as a lock nut. This is the way I interpreted it to be used, as there was no instuctions that came with the linkages or on the website.

We have been, and continue to be, completely up front about the fact that we do not make our linkages. Our linkages are off-the-shelf components and our supplier had switched to a foreign manufacturing source.

Ask any other manufacturer where the inspiration for the features found on the latest versions of their suspension products came from and I doubt you'll get a straight answer.

because he was using the spacer (where ever he sourced it from, F7?), it appears to not be a problem.
