No power to my AC

Well Im relatively new to messing around with AC in my Honda and I put all the lines and compressor back in now I only have one concern. Is there a fuse for the blower? Because the little green lights dont even come on or anything. Sorry for posting like a noob lol. BTW I have a 98 coupe.

my hatch was same way found out there was a relay in front of the condensor that was bad might wanna check that you can jump it to make sure or atleast thats what i did

x2 gotta get it filled rite not that auto zone crap get real freon cost liek 30 bucks to fill it plus if u got mosture in teh lines that wont help either.. and a AC charge will take all the mositure out.. good luck

now wheres the relay located on the condensor? And could it be the reason that my blower isnt working and the little lights wont turn on??
