Default spring rate?

How high of a spring rate can i go with my koni yellows befor ill have to get them revalved. Cars a 97 hatch with b swap it sets with no gap between fender and tires.My current spring rate is groun control 200.64.58 in the front and in the rear is 180.64.44. im not real shure where i need to be at but i have a lot of diving in the front during high speed corner entering and it feels a little soft even when there turned all the way up. I also have the extended top mounts to.

this forum moves slow, much slower than the other subforums, so bumping every 2 hours is unnecessary.

I know this has been covered many times in the past, and its somewhere around the 600lb/inch marker that you should revalve.

500lbs to 550lbs on the sport valving but I have heard of people using 600lbs aswell.

i'm sure plenty of people run 600lb spring rates on teh koni sports...what will this car be used for?
