Photo Request: 02-05 CRV Rear suspension and undercarriage
Does anyone have a photo of the rear suspension and undercarriage of a 02-05 CRV? I've looked around for a while and haven't been able to find anything. Thanks!

The subframe is now different from older cr-v's but i'm pretty sure the diff body is the same as all cr'v's have been. I've been wondering about that too because I want to swap an 07 cr-v rear diff into my 99.

And why would you want to do that?

Anyone figure anything out about this? I want to do the same thing on a 97 hatch, but leave it front drive. So what Im looking for is if the lower arms are needed, or if they fit, or can I just use the shocks/springs. I may end up just going to a yard and matching everything up, but Id rather not.
I did meet a guy that did this a long time back, but I didnt have the interest to inquire any further then.
And on the rear-drive thing, I dont know if it applies to newer Civics, but I knew a guy who was making a rear-drive CRX and got in a little too deep. It turned out he had to take the chassis to some frame shop so that they could "taco" a tunnel for a drive line. Not to mention all the work required to solidly mount a sub-frame to the trunk and all the custom parts he had to make/have made. Just my 2 cents...
