Default Sandable Clear Coat in a can?

hi guys, can you recommend me some good sandable clear coat that comes in a can?

i used Duplicolor clear coat, used multiple very light coats. i went sanded very smoothly, buffed using 3M compound.

even a few months later, the surface of the clear coat is scratchable and fragile? is it supposed to be like this? it seems like the clear coat was not made to be sanded.

It sounds like you've sanded through the clear coat and got back to the base. You should have done more heavy coats.

SEM makes some pretty good rattle can products. I think they are a higher quality paint then duplicolor.
