For a start... Gas hoses need to be replaced. Ecu will need some help. Maybe some bigger injectors and alot of adjustments
It is not "just put it in the tank and go" like the new cars that run both.

really all you need to do is put in stainless fuel lines and you should be good, it would run... you'd obviously need to fine tune things to get it running perfect like thesmogman said but it's really not that hard
do a search this has been covered in detail. You'll need to retune for more fuel since the stoichiometry is different.
basically just hoses and a retune. I think it's not really worth it tho, you won't get better mileage and the price is falsly decreased due to government funding. So unless they start making it out of something cheaper than corn (which they probably will eventually...switchgrass is promising) it will end up being more expensive than gasoline.
