Default VE of a b20b/z and/or GSR?

Trying to do some turbo math to get the best system for my needs calculated, and I was wondering if anyone here knew of the volumetric efficiency of the B20 and/or a GSR motor. If not, I'll just figure 85% and go from there.

Thanks

85% is the usual VE for a pushrod V8 you have a penthouse I4 you need to guess about 90% VE or better depending on what you have done to the head like port-n-polish, cams, and how good your intake and exhaust system are

cool. I'll figure about 95% then, and just for kicks do 90% and 100% to see how far off the 95% map they are.

Thanks tony =]
