Pretty sure all you have to do is bang out some space for the alternator. I have a 90 civic dx and thats all i have to do.

Any problems. There are for example can not use the stock mounts, can not have stock linkage, can not run same ecu, can not run same axles, can not have front mount in the way for header, can not have same harness if from obd1 engine. Here is link it will help you out for sure

is this a serious question? the answer is yes, feel free to look at the thousands of B-series swapped CRX's all throughout honda-tech for an example
