That's what I would think. Except you have to be careful becuase it causes the seatbelt to sit closer to your neck depending on how you set it up. I have automatic seat belts and I don't loop it through the harness slots causing it to kind of rest on the seat and the angle makes it sit closer to my neck, which I got a shoulder pad for but still, that's the only thing. I'm in market for a scroth 4-pt though. A Bucket w/o a harness just feels like it's missing something. You have to be strapped down to the seat to get the full effect of a bucket seat I think.

I agree ^ the whole way home the seat belt was chafing the expletive out of my neck. And I felt like a loser having such good posture
