Default 03 zx-6rr rear brake problem

the rear brakes on my bike ubruptly stopped working. i was actually on my way to sell the bike when i noticed that the rear brakes werent grabbing. the brakes will grab a little bit but with not enough pressure to actually stop or even slow the bike down. does anyone have any idea what could have happened, because im utterly confused.
the brake fluid levels are normal and no leaks.

have you tried to bleed it? Sounds like its not building pressure. When I built my fighter it did the same thing and what I had to do to fix the problem was I tried two methods

1:Remove the brake line from the m/c and cover the whole with your finger, depress the brake, remove your finger, replace you finger then release the lever, repeat until the fluid forces itself out (IE:sprays you in the face HAHA)

2:Reconnect the brake line, remove the line from caliper and cover the banjo opening with your thumb and pointer finger. Depress the lever, remove fingers, replace fingers, release lever, repeat until pressure is built (IE:see first IE)

reconnect and then bleed from the caliper.

Worked like a charm, in 5 minutes I had a rear brake.
