Recently every time i shift into 4th gear, it will grind above like 1500. Somebody said something about getting new syncros?. I have a b18b motor from a 95 integra ls swapped into my 94 del sol. I already went to acura's website and couldn't find anything on syncros... So if any body has any ideas, or where to buy the parts, i would really appreciate it.

Yup. Sounds like a bad synchro. You most likely would have to source the parts from a dealer/trans shop. My car would "buzz" going into 3rd, and they ended up replacing the whole gear cluster, shims, and synchro all at once.
