Because that's what all the ITR owners use if they can't get the JICs. j/k I'm sure that BB1 will agree with me but the spring rates and the valving of the shocks are just so well matched that they provide excellent handling and a good solid ride. The only problem with them is that you have to spray them with WD40 or they will start to rust up on you.

ITR=Integra Type R, JIC Magic is an aftermarket company that produces coilovers.
Suspension tuning is far too complex to have one answer.

 

if you cant afford the tein, then ground controls would be another good coilover.
