Default Clay Bar + Polishing Wax = Shiniest I've Ever Seen My Car

Washed Wednesday, clay bar'd thursday, polishing wax today. Besides washing, clay bar and polish took me a total of about 5-6ish hours.

**edit**: I used Meguiars Clay Bar Kit and Meguiars Polishing Wax.

It's not as nice as it looks up close and in person. My car has millions of scratches and dinks and missing clear coat all over the place. But it looks amazing from a distance.

And my rear license plate bolts broke off with the thread part still in the trunk cuz they are SO damn rusted. So hopefully cops don't give me **** since you need both plates in NY. It's in the rear window by the speaker but we all know cops like to be dicks.

Pics speak for themselves :

I've concluded all I want to do for exterior is 5-lug with ITR wheels, eibach pro-kit drop, OEM SI grill, and OEM SI lip. Then I'll be set.

Thanks for the comments .

Yeah I was just out and passed a cop and he didn't turn around and follow me. I have to run errands for my parents in a few so I'm hoping my luck won't run out .

i knew someone would say somthing lol.

Well he said he wanted 5-lug, OEM Si Lip, Grill...all that is nice of course. But you and I both know that mirrors will set it off.

I think the mirrors look fine *shrug*.

What mirrors would you suggest?

There's no beating a polished black paintjob, and OEM CTR mirrors would set it off

Don't you already have an OEM SI grill?

I used Meguiars Clay Bar kit and Meguiars Polishing Wax (the solid stuff that comes in a round short tin can with an applicator pad).

And thanks for the suggestion about the CTR mirrors. I'll look into it.

It's the knock-off eBay Type R "Style". It's just for some reason, mine fit really well and from a distance, you can't really tell whether it's OEM or knock-off.

Yeah I was incredibly surprised at how well mine fit compared to other people's that I've seen pics of online.

And where can I pick up genuine OEM CTR mirrors for? And how much do they cost? I saw a few pics on here and I likey.
