To those with 99-00 CTR Headlights

I'm assuming that OEM CTR head lights have a rhd beam pattern. Is it a problem? Will they shine plenty of light at oncoming traffic and none at road signs on your right?

It depends on how you define "a problem". It certainly isn't ideal, and you'd be much better off with a set of LHD European E-code lamps.
