No a auto starter will not work for a manual trans. Now a LS manual starter might work but it may be alittle weak for it. But your ideal starter is a manual gs-r starter.

not a problem.
31200-P72-A02RM is the honda/acura part #
it lists for 268.00 its made by denso.
you can try to go aftermarket but i personally havent had to much luck with aftermarket ones. GL
