Default need help

ok heres the deal motor is a b16a2 running 7 psi. about a month ago cel came on did a scan random misfire in cylinder 1,2,3,4. changed plugs and wires didnt fix it. so before i decided to go out and buy other **** did a compression test results came out bad. cylinder 1-160 cylinder 2-90 cylinder 3-160 cylinder 4- 90. did a leak down test the really didnt hold alot of air. at this point im thinking more maybe broken valve springs or bent valves.

ok i posted this not to long ago i was at work and thinking maybe what else could be the probelm i was thinking maybe my timing is off and i have a valve open as i did the compression test. thinking thats why i have 160 in 1, 90 in 2, 160 in 3 and 90 in 4. i would check the timing but i work 60 hours a week dont have the time really just trying to figure out the problem. anybody think this might be the problem as well

Low compression in one cylinder (alone) usually indicates a bad exhaust valve
