Aligning yokes(tripple tree)
This is what I need to do (can someone tell me how or is there a write up somewhere on how to do it? Looked everywher but nothing)....
"As above - in a spill the forks can twist in the yokes (tripple tree). Usual trick to align it all is to slacken off the front spindle and pinch bolts, lower fork yoke pinch bolts and the steering stem nut then push the front end up and down a few times to align it all again then tighten everything up from the wheel spindle upwards.
Dont undo the upper pinch bolts or the forks will fly up through the yokes and the whole front end collapse. In severe cases the yokes can twist out of line, seen a bent front spindle once too. If the yoke is twisted you'll get it all straight but it will creep out of line again."

... what do you need a write up for? What you posted is pretty self explanatory. I use a different method, though.
Quick method that works for me:
Loosen triple clamp top nut.
Loosen upper triple tree pinch bolts (make sure lower bolts are tight).
Compress suspension several times.
Tighten upper triple tree pinch bolts.
Loosen lower triple tree pinch bolts (make sure upper bolts are tight)
Compress suspension several times.
Tighten lower triple tree pinch bolts
Tighten triple tree nut.
Make sure everything is torqued spec and go riding.
If you've been riding for a while on a twisted up front end don't expect and alignment to improve the bike's pulling problem. The tires will have worn in and no amount of proper aligning will stop the pull until the tires are replaced.
