My bro has a B20Z swap in his EG. His motor skips between 1k and 3k rpms.
His setup consists of:
-B20Z
-Skunk2 manifold
-B&M fuel regulator and gauge(39psi)
-intake
-cat back exhaust
-94 LS computer
Does anyone have any clue why it may due this?

try some new spark plugs

 

are all the nuts and bolts tight on the manifold? like the IM to TB ? or head to IM? and are the gaskets good?

air might be leaking and causing this... make sure there is no hissing sound...
