Default Code 14 and 10!

What would you guys recommend for a code 10 (intake air temperature sensor) and 14 (idle air control valve)?

is there something that can be done about whatever these are without replacing parts a bunch?

p.s. fuses have been checked, ecu has been cleared and jumped, and a multimeter has been taken to the connectors.

Did you check the sensor itself?

Do you have any idling problems, such as a loping idle?

I didn't take off the sensor yet (i'm going to try and clean it tomorrow)
and no idling problems...the only thing would be at about 1500rpm when it seems to loop around (it's hard to explain what it does, but it needs an extra push to get past it.. it just can't be idles steadily there.)
