fuel filter relocation questions

fuel filter relocation questions
i was just wondering where are you putting the fuel filter at for these clean engine bays! these cars look verrrry nice! and is the charcoal canister really necessary? i have been searching for a write up and cant come up with one that is descriptive enough.
