Exedy Stage 2 Clutch Opinions?

Anyone else running an Exedy Stage 2 with Exedy flywheel or just the clutch? I just ordered mine for my B16A and was wondering what you guys think of this combo and pro's and con's about it? is the stage two a 3 puck or a solid disc? thanks guys

i have an Exedy stage 3 all i can is that it grabs hard in corners when downshifting second. And when accelerating it grabs okay and fine. When fast shifting it pulls forward hard feels like a v8 under the hood. The flywheel i have is from ebay nothing special.
