Default Cheapest refresh for CD5 accord OEM setup

I'm feeling out my options on this repair. My '95 accord is my daily driver, and I was satisfied with the stock suspension when it was younger. Now, at 135k, things don't feel like they used to. My car feels bouncier and less composed. Does this mean my shocks are shot and I'm under-damped?

How do I restore OEM performance cheaply? Will I need new springs (do springs wear out)? Do I just get used struts from a junkyard? And is there anything aftermarket that's better than stock and still inexpensive?

Knowing little about suspension theory, I'm pretty sure I want the stock ride height, stock or slightly firmer springs, and whatever damping is appropriate. Right?

I think most people here will just tell you to replace the old set up with brand new oem setup if that's what you are going for.As for price, define cheap.Around $300,$500,$1000?
