ITR seats + harness
I bought a crashed ITR from my freind and now I'm transfering everything onto my 4 door GSR. Anywho I was wondering would ITR seats and some sabelt harnesses would be a good match since I want to start up on auto-x ing. I've been through many racing seats with my CRX and I'm tired of always crawling in and out of em' and my integra is also my daily driver. Your opinion greatly appreciated!
OEM Type R seats are great for daily driving - but suck for competitive driving due to their lack of bolstering. But I have seen harnesses adapted to fit them - so it can be done
Yeah just looking at the damn seat. It doesn't look any supportive at all but I was hoping that the suede would help a little. Well I'm gonna slap them in anyways. Thanks.
good luck ! ... only stunna boys (like Chris) would ever think of using harnesses with stock seats

remember to use a harness only with a rollbar/cage...

how do you guys like the harness'? I'm debating between sparco and sabelt. I've seen bob#455 in person and like them, but are the prices and function of both the same? thanks

they are the same exact belts. sabelt manufactures the harnesses for sparco.

Thomas, I ordered mine from http://www.upracing.com if you want to look there and see what they have. Make sure you get pull up lap belts as they are much easier to use if you get a race seat later on.

Yes, really the only difference is that the Sabelts are made for the European market and only come in red. I didn't want red...so I got the Sparcos.
