HA HA... just dealt with that issue.
you should have a little thingy that pops out of the driver dash and shows you where the fuse is.
Other option is to remove the wiper switch. it's actually very easy. I think it's two screws to take off the housing that covers the ignition/wipers/etc, and another two screws and a tab you have to push in to get the wiper switch off.
From then on, victory is just a junkyard away.
