today i was installing my bcss to replace the b&m ss that came w/my car wen i bought it...well point is dat this last guy dat had my car broke the primary shift cable where u hook up the cable and the shifter together and he adapted his ss w/some weird thing that holds it down.....is there anyway i can adapt my bcss to this broken cable??? or can i just find another piece n weld it??? i went to the dealer already and they want $328 for just dat one cable...thanks in advance

yea sorry bout that man am just so panicked rt now it s not even funny........aww man i have pics but cant find the stupid usb cable for the camera but ok try n picture this for me...primary cable is broken maybe 3in off where the round piece dat has the hole in the middle slides in to the stick ( the stick to changes gears) and is tied down by a cotter pin...well dats the only thing i need to complete the job but i cant this broken piece not here....ima try n find the usb cable for the camera but can u rty n c if u no wat am talking about???

 

if its broken how did he connect it?

 

he used an adapter dat screwed onto the shifter itself and to the broken piece...the piece was stuck in between wat seemed to be a lil box dat is screwed down by 4 hex bolts...sorry if this is a stupid question but ok i got the pics to make it easier for u guys but how do u post them up???
