deff. go for the second one over the first....

probably an LCA on the rear wheel, no biggie.....sucks that the side skirt is part of the car thou, so it needs to be cut out and a new one welded in to be fixed properly.....i guess you could pull the dents and plastic it, but unless you have someone who is real good with plastic, then i wouldn't reccommend it.

Good luck

I highly doubt it, but the rear subframe could be bent.....so get it checked out first...either way I'm sure you can pick up a used one from a salvage yard with an S2k with front end damage (if the subframe is bent)

I would say $5k for the white one

1, 500 each headlamp
2, 1000 for frt and rear bump with paint
3, 1000 for the 2 fenders with paint
4, 500 for frt and rear bump reif
5, 300 for taillamp
6,the other 1700 is for all the body work you will need to get done to the 1/4 and the front of the car

Dont buy the silver one

agree, i would rather than #1 from #2.. from the pix, all you need to do is replace couple parts here and there. all tho $5k seems too little to get it repaired. i would say.. $8-10k

from the pix #2, needs lot of work on the side and it looks like the floor sub-frame might be bent....

If your looking to get it done right , #1 is going to cost alteast 8k. They wouldnt be in a salvage yard if it was cheap to fix.

id go with the white one also. you never know the silver one might be shorter on that side due to that bend, and plus repairing that one would be a lot more work

as long as theirs no subframe damage your good to go.

#1 is actually an easier fix since its all bolt ons and paint, but its going to be more money.

#2 is harder to fix because you can't order a new rocker pannel, you have to hammer that one out.

ill agree except the second one would be more to repair because it would take alot more time to do the body work and im willing to bet there is hidden damage under there....

Cause Im the **** thats how I know all the cars I have owned were salvaged cars that I rebuilt so I have a lil experience in that department. Unless the #1 car went flying into a ditch/ curbs and fucked up the suspension then theres more then just body damage. But all the tires look straight the dude prolly spun out and hit a pole or gardrail.

Seriousely for 3k get it you wont regret it esp if you can do most of the work yourself.

honestly for what it costs these days for a used s2k... its almost just as cheap to buy a non wrecked one that buying a totaled one and fixing it up...

3k for wrecked s2k+8-10k in damage=$12ishk for a salvage title s2k

12ishk for a 00' s2k with a clean title....

i know what id go with...

I agree that for the cost of repair, it's better to buy a used one. Remember that even if you fix it as good as new, you still have a salvage title and probably won't get your money back out of it like a clean used car.

Parting them out would be more profitable. I see two F20C donors for an AE86 or Caterham. :-)
