Default which turbo shuld i go with? compare and contrast t3/t4 50trim or gt30R

so im debating over the turbo i shuld get.. i knw ive posted many times but never really got the answer i need to help decide.. currently have a ebay t3/t4 ?? and honestly its never given me problems.. but i am upgrading parts and will be re-tunin so thought i shuld upgrade turbo now so i dnt have to re-tune in future.. final 2 turbos i have came down to are the garrett t3/t4 50 trim good for up to 400HP and the gt30R... im shootin for 300-400 HP. wat will be a good turbo for me? its a b16 84mm, darton sleeved, 8.3:1 JE pistons, JE rings, ACL bearings, and the head will just have springs and retainer upgraded. it is my daily driver car.. just want to re-tune one last time and want the turbo to be able to last me quite a while.. this will be with my ac back in the car so if the turbo size is too big in size it wnt fit with my ac.

i would recommend a gt3071r with the .82 exhaust housing should support over 400whp. we have a 1.8l ls/vtec that has one and sees 15psi by ~2900rpm.

You've got a REALLY low compression there, so you may need to get something that has its "sweet spot" of efficiency band low. But one thing is that you have not been specific as to what you're using the car for. Different purpose have different turbo needs. You don't want to take a turbo that even though may make the power you want, does that same power in a situation where the whee/turbine combination is stressed. Bottom line... please be specific as to what you're looking to achieve before asking to fully compare 3 different turbochargers. That's a lot of work for one to do, when you can do a bit of the research yourself. Pics, information, use goals, budget, flanging, etc.
