Integra Lovers! (NEW pics!)
Wats up to everybody thats making this forum work and i look forward to spending all my hard earned money on advice that i get from here lol. I just got a 91 integra GS for 350... I added some pics i know they arent the clearest but i promise ill get better ones. Im just excited and in a rush to get it goin.
Now i think the car is leaking oil, im not quite sure wat its from. Its actually at the mechaanics overnight and hes gonna inspect everything tomrow. So hopefully when that goes through good. I wanna start with the Engine swaps and so forth. Problem is i have no knowledge of any of this so help me out on things i should do to increase performance.
Now there is virtually NO rust on the car, its in wicked condition, sunroof, spoiler everything. Interior is just as beautiful as the exterior. Downside....auto tranny.
BTW this is my first car so its already got a special place in my heart.

Gratz on your first car and your first DA!!
I still remember my first car..always the fondest memories.
Like MrDeadman said, read lots. Soak up everything you can, but take it at face value. Nothing here should be taken as 100% true, but its usually a good guideline to work off of.
If your looking into mods, these are just a couple ideas on behalf of a DA owner:
Decide what you really want to do with it and be really honest with yourself. It can be a sweet daily driver with good power, or a nasty highway dragger. Its all about money and your desires. If you want any of it bad enough, you'll find a way to save the money.
I personally would start with ditching the autotranny. I don't know what your skills in fabrication work are, but its not for the novice.
Other than that, keep it clean!
Don't put stickers on it, ditch the rear wiper (removal kits are kick ***), lower it so it doesn't look like a tank. If you think something looks cool but could be kind of "rice" ish, than it probably is.

wooo thats lookin clean brotha. I dont really wanna "rice" nothin out just plain and simple im a humble dude anyways so most of the mods are going to be performance like i said (engine, exhaust, intake, springs, etc.) Exterior mods and cosmetic things im not really stressin about the car looks sexy as it is. Thanks for the love. Is there any links here on auto- to - manual trannys? i dont mind puttin hours of work, this is my baby.

respect to everyone showing love, i hope to get this car to the level of performance that ive seen others have on here.
I wanna get a hood cuz the hood is kinda messed up wit some paint chips or something i dunno.

If the hood has just paint chips, you don't need to but a new hood...
Remember, the Search button is your best friend...

i didnt take ne interior pics 
but the interior is in wiiiiicked shape. As for the hood, take a look at the roof its the same problem there i dunno wat the guy did but he kinda messed it up. Im not sure if i should paint it myself or send it in to get painted..

it's oxidation and happens to paint when left under the sun for long periods of time without any sort of protection (wax, sealant)
you could spray it yourself since they're just small patches.

where the expletive are you getting cars for so cheap in good as condition i dont get this **** ppl are like yeah man 800 bucks and they have one of the cleanest stock cars ive seen in a long time or low milage talking about some old ladie had it my friend got a 95 integra with 15,000 orginal miles i was like wtf are you kidding me garage kept still had the original tires
