Default will these rims...

fit the 5th gen ok?

16 x 8.0 +48 5h x 114.3 or
17 x 8.0 +48 5h x 114.3

I'm willing to bet that they probably will ( assuming that you don't go with a massively-large tire size ). There was a guy on preludepower.com that had a set of 18 x 8 Volks with a +44 millimeter offset on his Prelude and he didn't rub.

without camber kit, i bet he does cuz 16 x 8 is wider than the s2k rears which run 205/55/16 tires stock.

How wide are the S2000 rears?

i have 17x8 +43 offset on mine and i do not rub, tires are 225-40 too
