Eg9 mid pipe swap

Eg9 mid pipe swap
Hi there, have tried searching without too much luck.
I have a 2001 dc2r with Spoon exhaust and also have a eg9, I have heard that the b pipes are the same on these? The main reason is I have a spoon b pipe that I want to put on the eg9, I realise I need a new muffler (unless the spoon n1 from the dc2 will fit?).
So anybody know if the b pipe will fit on the eg9?
