The guy who was part of an unnamed (at the time) race team in Japan who were supposedly big timers building a Civic/Integra to lap the Tsukuba circuit in some big upcoming race in Japan? He was asking about 3- and 4-way adjustable shocks, trying to get opinions and feedback but not really sounding like he knew what he was doing. Anyone remember this, or heard/seen from him recently?

I *think* he posted in this forum which is why I'm asking here.

 

He did post in here and I think people were pointing him to Motons or Penske or something and there was a big debate, etc. etc. about him not knowing how to set up a suspension.

 

i thought he was from the USA, maybe even CA, and they were sending the car over to japan.

Yeah that's the content of the original post, I can't seem to find it though (I'm searching for Penske and Moton which I'm sure were referred to in the thread).

I think it is possible he was from the U.S. too, I just remember him mentioning japanese racing series. I kind of wanted to see what big revelation he had in store for us...

 

it was the time attack thing that they do at tuskuba. It has been in a bunch of the tuner mags.
