Default Will 4 door EK shocks work on a EK coupe?

Like the title states. Will they bolt right in?

And also, do I have to drop the lower rear control arm to get the rear shock on? It doesnt seem like I can push the hub down that far to get the trailing arm bolt in.

I was told earlier the 4 door shocks wont work. I compared the rear 4 door shock with the aftermarket shock that was on the car and the door shock is a good 3-4 inches taller.. what gives??
