Default License plate light

Does anyone know how to remove the license plate cover off the light, the clear cover. I was gonna replace it with an led light. Help?

Probably just pops off like the dome light cover. *I have never looked, I'm just guessing*

yeah it does, you have to squeeze it at the ends and it'll pop off

stick a flat head at the right end of the cover and it pops right off...kind of pry it but not to extravently..gently
