1998 Accord Cat
I was wondering if this obx cat would make a difference if i replaced it with my stock one.

on its own, it wont produce much, if any gain. but if used in combination with a header, a cat-back, and an intake, then you'll pick up a little bit.
oh \and by the way, you might have to extend your o2 wires, unless you wire in an 02 simulator. that o2 bung seemed to be just out of reach.

Huh? You cut the wires and splice in more wire, easy as that.
