yes it's worth it if you're looking to build a motor.
if not, dont get it.
ok, u got the motor for $125, how much do you think the rest of the swap parts will cost you, including the rebuild of that motor? sorry to burst your bubble, true story.

so what your saying is that it will get costly, and it won't be worth it in the end? or what? i dont think my brain's being used today, i dont seem to be processing anything.
i'll put it in simpler terms
kpro 1000
6spd tranny 1000
mounts 500
wiring harness 350
etc
etc
etc
of course it's worth it, i'm doing my swap right now on my hatch, so far i'm at a little over 5k in parts just the swap itself..
k24 backup motor:

k24 frank build motor:

if you're motivated, go for it, definitely worth it in my eyes...

i got mine for 400 with no crank pully valve cover throttle body and no starter, but its forsure not blown and forshure not stolen its a 05 with 18 grand miles on it im just building the head and balanceing the crank shaft and thats it
without a picture of the damage, who knows. It could just need a hone job, or it could need a new sleeve (which also means crank journal work to re-align it) and it may or may not mean the head is fubar (stuff flying around in the cylinder).

this is a start up kit. buy it as if it is blown. nothing works. if you got the space time energy, go for it.
- when i looked at the pics all i saw was a empty wallet, greased up phone (calling vendors "wheres my parts") aspirin bottles all over the place (wife screaming about my big boy toys all over the place "parts")
