Fuel pressure regulator?

I have been having an ongoing problem with my car feeling like it misfires or it stumbles on acceleration, could it possibly be my fuel pressure regulator?

this could be a couple of things
1. Plugs
2. Wires
3. Cap
4. Rotor
5. Fuel Filter
anything related to a tune up most likely
