aggressive lowering springs will cause stock dampers to prematurely wear out. search >=O

yea man use the search function there is alot of material out there, i mean alot on suspension. But i had coilovers for awhile and for an everyday driver they made alot of noise, skeaked and some clashing if you hit a pothole hard. i would recomend either suspension technologies or eibach sport lowering springs and go with any kind of gas shcok and that will out live your car.
just what i did, 2 years and 32k miles every day driven and no problems since.

A little more info would also help. How much are you looking to lower your car? How much are you looking to spend? Year and model as well. And usually if your looking to "slam" your car, then putting in upgraded struts is recommended. Minor lowering you can get away with stock struts tho they will wear faster bacause of more tension on the suspension.
