Default rolled fenders?

alright well, I just got my camber kits put on and i ran into a problem with the fenders rubbing my tire. Someone told me rolling my fenders in addition to smaller tires will give me my stance back. What type of shops normally roll fenders? or where to get it done at?

You really can't roll your fenders. I had to roll my quarter panels though. I rented the tool from someone on ebay for $80. It works great. Make sure you use the heat liberally.

rear fenders (quarter panels) can be rolled. fronts can be rolled if you remove the fenderlining.

I called 15 shops before giving up on them. Nobody around here does it and only 2 shops heard of it. You're better off doing it yourself.

I rolled mine using a wooden baseball bat and a rubber mallet ... worked great!!

just jack the car up so you can get the bat inbetween the tire and fender ... slowly lower the car down until the bat is wedged in there and roll it back and forth over the top of the tire ... just keep repeating this until the fender clears the tire! You can use the rubber mallet to knock down sharp edges if you get any ... or if you really need to *massage* the fender!

DO NOT USE A BAT OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE PROPER TOOL. I used a bat and chipped paint. I rented a fender roller that day. Works perfect and is worth the money to rent. Do it right the first time. I wish I did. I had to repaint.

Go out and look at your front fender if you think you can roll it. The lip is only like 5mm; it's pointless. If you're rubbing up front, you'll have to figure out a different way (smaller rims/tires or raise the car).
