Its for ELD, Electronic load detector. Usually means you have to replace your under hood fuse box where the ELD is located.

Thats how I got rid of mine.

You only need to replace the ELD unit(fuse box) if the actual ELD unit failed. If it is doing its job correctly you could have a faulty ground or a short to the chassis somewhere.
I had this happen in a 91 hatch, a ground wire for the ecu shorted and caused all the grounds under the dash to overload and melt, causing a code 20. It was a blast to track down the source.

i did a mpfi swap and i get the code now i cant get rid of it i swaped the ecu to a pr4 and i got a diffrent code but no code 20 the code i get is 1quick flash and 2 long flashes what dose that mean
