My friend has purchased a 6th Gen Civic, and we will be putting in a h22. I was looking arround at mounts for the car and i see that http://www.hcpengineering.com/ has a kit.
Now they have 2 kits for the EK civic's, one is for the Street and the other is "race only" the differences are that the race kit has a FTMB (Front tranny Mount Brace) why would you not want this on a Street car? This is a mount that some stock on the Lude's? Why would you not use it?

it seems to me it would get better traction with the front mount.....on the other hand you can get away with 3 mounts cause the hcps are alot stronger than stock..im going to do this swap soon and i wanna get the race mount kit with the z-10 front radius arms, attaching the mount onto the bar that the radius arms go into..i cant wait..all that with a lsd, watch out
