As topic question is this in fact true. Been having a debate with people and would liek to know if im right or wrong. I believe i read somewhere that only 94-95 EX/Si's were given these radiators true or not? appreciate all help and inputs.
honestly i don't know which year models came with them but i am pretty sure it was only the ex. when i had to put a new rad in my DX i used one of the dual core. i think inventory showed it as the replacement rad for a 95 ex coupe. but that's not super reliable.
Im almost positive that an EJ1(93-95 EX) radiator is single core. I dont know what years, but a Del Sol radiator is Dual and so is the 99-00 SI radiator (EM1). If its a stock motor just get a single core replacement. RCautoworks.com sells a EG/EJ 1/2 radiator for $70 shipped or you could do the combo w/ a 12" slim fan for $125 shipped ($140 if you want the OBD1 oem fan connection... I just picked one up)
Edit: yeah, I heard that too about autos... in for clarification.
