i know that the integra axles are the popular choice when doing a b16 swap into a crx with a ZC motor , but i just wanted to know why the 99-00 civic Si axles wont work as there is a crx that has this swap with those axles and im just a bit confused.

IIRC they will work if you use the 99-00 Si intermediate shaft. Search here or check on Hasports site to verify that info though.
