adjust fuel pressure

i have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a gauge. can i make any adjustment without a dyno? my car is pretty stock, straight thru cat / intake. can i gain any power with higher Fuel pressure?

No..if anything you will lose HP..if you dont have any reason to adjust the pressure i would just leave it alone
