HHHMMMM. What do i unplug?

HHHMMMM. What do i unplug?
I have a 90 Integra Ls im gonna take out the B18A1 and swap it into my 90 Civic Si I read and heard it was plug n play, ok but do i unplug everything from the engine and then plug all the EFs plugs into the B18 or................ ? I searched this info in the "FAQ" and some links and the info i did find just said it was plug n play no splicing or jump harness needed, no detailed info came up for this specific swap or maybe i didnt search hard enough but if you can help me out thanks a million.
